I believe that food is medicine. Our bodies are constantly repairing and rebuilding themselves with the nutrients we eat, and now more than ever Americans need to take control of their diets to keep their immune systems strong and their bodies healthy as they age. Food is also tradition and comfort. And those two things need to be honored for any plan to be sustainable. My approach with is to add in healthy foods, rather than constantly take things away and restricting. I work to build a plan around the non-negotiables in your life and help to repair broken food relationships and negative self-talk. Often clients report not just feeling more confident in their food choices, but in other areas of their lives as well. In addition to diet, I offer support with sleep and stress management as well. These two areas of modern life dramatically impact not only your weight loss, but your overall health and without a plan that takes that into account the results you seek may be out of reach.

Training Services
With background in personal training with a focus on functional exercise, I prioritize building and maintaining lean muscle for not only aesthetics but to prevent injury and bone loss as we age. Training sessions are custom tailored to each individuals’ strengths and weaknesses as well as their personal style preferences. NASM Certified Personal trainer with special training in functional movements as well as women's fitness and pelvic floor health. Personal training is available in your home with very limited availability, please contact me for more details. I also offer online training with custom workouts delivered via my app. This includes assesments and check-ins to tailor your program as you progress.
