

About Me
I'm Holly, a busy mom of 5 and fitness and nutrition expert. I was never athletic growing up and took my health for granted until after my 4’th and 5’th children when I decided it was time to get healthy. I tried all the things (shakes, containers, workouts but I really struggled to find anything that worked). I eventually lost the weight but at the cost of my hormones, my gut health and my self-esteem. I went back and studied nutrition to try and better understand my body. First I focused on getting better myself and now I spend my time helping others. The more I connected with women the more I saw that our health is very different than men, and yet few professionals really understand our hormones and our body confidence struggles. This led me to study hormones, gut health, sleep hygiene and stress. In order to fully help my clients, I have also studied core and pelvic floor repair. I believe in creating health first, weight loss second and in focusing on building self-confidence and positive self-talk because you can’t hate yourself thin. I am a Certified Nutritionist as well as a hormone and gut health specialist. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer.
